Q: What are the most common home care services you provide?
A: We provide customized home care services based on need. We provide short visits, hourly help for activities of daily living that don’t require full-time live-in care, and 24-hour live-in care, offering full-time home care services.
Q: When can you start providing services?
A: Following assessment, selection of caregiver, and in-person interviews if desired, Quality Home Care Solutions is ready to provide care within four hours. We don’t require a minimum of hours for any given day in regard to services, as our services can be customized daily.
Q: Are your caregivers certified?
A: Yes. Our caregivers are licensed, insured, and bonded.
Q: Can I trust the caregivers you provide?
A: Quality Home Care Solutions undergoes an intense application process that includes driver’s record checks, criminal background checks, references, and certification that caregivers have passed necessary state-mandated tests for skills as well as language abilities. You also have the option of sitting down with and meeting caregivers matched to your scenario.
Q: Can I change caregivers?
A: You can change your caregiver at any time. You just need to let us know and we can make the change within a few hours.
Q: What about emergency situations?
A: Quality Home Care Solutions is available for emergencies. Our on-call coordinator is available when offices closed.
Q: Can caregivers offer transportation for appointments?
A: Our caregivers can and do drive clients to appointments, meetings, and other local destinations. In scenarios where caregivers use their own vehicle, clients will be charged for mileage.
Q: How will I be billed for services?
A: We mail invoices on a weekly or biweekly basis. Caregivers are not paid directly.
Q: Can Medical Professionals refer patients to you?
A: Medical professionals can refer clients to Quality Home Care Solutions by calling or contacting the number or contact information found above. Coordinators will review recommendations and then directly contact the family. Following arrangements, medical professionals will be given a courtesy follow-up call to confirm.
