Our Hiring Process

Our caregivers are trained and licensed by the Virginia Department of Health and Nursing organizations in order to provide the services you need in home-based environments. Professional healthcare and nursing organizations and associations bond our certified nursing assistants (CNA’s) and home health care aides (HHA’s), as well as nursing staff.

What next?

Following receipt of your free home care assessment, we carefully review the services and needs that you or a loved one has requested in caregiver services. Then, our caregivers are assessed and matched to provide individuals deemed most compatible to your situation or scenario based on personality, skills, experience and hours of availability.

Once we have made a match, we contact you with the name(s) and background information of specially chosen and compatible caregivers, and then schedule and arrange for in-person interviews or visits so that you can meet the caregivers who will be involved in providing specialized care services for you or a loved one.
